Andrew Gould is an associate attorney with Philip Russell, LLC. Andrew practices in the field of criminal defense and juvenile matters. Andrew has substantial experience with criminal proceedings from arraignment through disposition. Andrew is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and the District of Connecticut. Prior to admission to the bar, Andrew served as a law clerk in the Stamford Superior Court.
Andrew received his juris doctor from the Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school, Andrew interned in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in addition to working as a Rule 9 Intern for the Attorney General’s Office.
